Looks in unused condition, and yeah although seen a lot less these days, standard make nice frames. Worth knowing it’s tt size as if it’s to short or long $700 or not it won’t ride as nice if it doesn’t fit you’re preferred sizing. Money wise it’s a good deal, why are they selling? Have they got a receipt for the frame (standards have an excellent warranty)
