This post is showing a second attempt at installing my ortlieb quick rack. If this installation looks better than my first attempt I will saw the armlet connecting rack to seatpost so it isn't so close to the tire. the eyelets on the seat stays closest to the seat tube have a bolt that broke off inside of the eyelets.

Personally I would try and get those broken bolts out. Those bolt extractor tools are made for stuff like this and I would argue it’s really not that risky to give it a try, the worst you’ll do is maybe damage the threads and end up right where you’re at already. I bet the bike shop wouldn’t charge you much to do it, either.
I’m surprised you’re installing a rack without mudguards/fenders. You’re not worried about your luggage getting dirty?
