After over a year of patiently waiting I was able to find a vintage steel bike for myself. Drove 4 hours to PA to pickup this and ended up paying $250 for it. After going through the old catalogues I believe this to be a PXN10E from either 79’ or 80’ (I’ll confirm it later with the SN). Currently just waiting for some parts to spruce it up to a more rideable condition (saddle, bars, tires, brake pads, etc).
