You’ll also need 4 bolt shoes for these. Most road hoes are 3 bolt. I think you can buy adapters.

imo they suck
use philips head float adjustment.
need all 4 screws to exactly even torque. and it is like 2.5nm and this is all on top of stupid shims.. to make them perfectly flat.. they feel like a ice cube so much float.. require maintenance probably monthly if you ride everyday. the cheapest spd pedals a upgrade imo. they look minimal because the all the important parts are on your shoe.. getting damaged with each step you take.
