I use my bike to get to and from work. But during a storm the chair fell off and I think I may have left a piece behind. Does anyone know what I would need to get the seat back on?
You’re definitely missing the clamp part and can’t reattach without it. You need a new seatpost clamp if you can find the right one, otherwise you need a new seatpost.

Nope, you left two pieces behind, a bolt and a clamping piece.
You need to get a new seatpost or look for those pieces where they fell off.
these are not standardized afaik, there may be different variants, so it may or may not work on your seatpost. probably the safest bet would be a whole new seatpost, that comes with the matching clamp.

I had a seat post like this and it fell apart. Personally I’d get a new one with 2 bolts and make sure to check over time and re tighten
