If it fits you I wouldn’t been *too* concerned about the dent. It’s clearly an impact on aluminum frame in a fairly low stress area. Could be lockup, could be improperly transported, could have had something dropped on it. The build is nice (particularly the wheelset) + if it’s been fs a month I’d lowball him and hope for the best.
