Bought this bike brand new at a shop about a month ago (Specialized diverge e5 comp). Went on about 5 bike rides and never took the wheel off/never crashed. The bike is in pristine condition.
Pretty sure this was during transport but I didn’t put it upside down until now.
Is this safe to ride? Would you recommend I bring it to the shop? I’m guessing they might say they don’t have proof I didn’t do it.

It’s fine. Just some scraped paint.
It’s fine. The carbon is pretty thick on the tips of a fork. I would spend some time figuring out how that happened. And I’d think about touching up that paint.
