It seems I have everything tight. Loosen both bolts slide new sprocket with washer behind it like it was before. Tighten outside bolt to crank, then tighten arm bolt to squeeze tight.
Need help! New sprocket wobbles. Any ideas why?

Cheap 3 piece cranks with the sprocket post do have a tendency for this to happen, the sprockets not bolted to the crank arm and is only held on by pressure from the crank tightened down against the bb.
Not a huge deal tbh ur chain can flex and move alot. My sprocket also dose this
Check those spacers behind the sprocket .
Cranks without the drive bolt typically have a little wobble. Normal for a set of cheap cranks
Some times when the drive bolt is too tight, it can bend the sprocket. Check how tight it is and consider loosening it a tad
I use a crescent wrench and slize it to fit the sprocket and then light bending back into place.
It’s normal
This shit would bother me when I rode, I got some washers to put on the spindle between the crank arm and sprocket.
you can play a bit with the thin spancers, but i wouldn’t bother much because the wobble is minor and the chain should fit naturaly
