Here is my updated setup from yesterday.

I didn’t change much, I just bought a smaller sleeping mat and put all my clothes into the black bag on the front.

I don’t have time to order new things such as holders for the front forks etc.

The big waterproof on the back literally just has a sleeping bag and a few camping accessories so it’s not too heavy.

Side panel bags have food and bike gear accessories.

Front is tent and all my clothes.
