Has anyone here used a stem riser like this one on the attached picture? I am planning to convert my drop bar on my Surly Straggler to a Jones-H bar to have a more upright position for bicycle touring. Thank you in advance!

I don’t know why you’d want one from drop bar to flat/MTB style bars. You’re going to be up a bit higher anyway and you could just get a stem with more rise. The being said, I used one of these on my coffee bike because I put drop bars on it and it was designed for flat bars. It hasn’t killed me but I did put grip paste on and in it because it spun pretty easily without it.
