I was successful many times with steel forks and had clean setups, but with this rack bolt thread right in the middle (green), I can’t get the wire past the threads, which seem to be all the way inside the fork instead of being just inside the tube wall like for example with bottle cage threads.
Am I doomed to fail? Or is there another clever way?

Glue a little weight, like a spoke nipple to the thread
With a magnet and a piece of metal glued to the thread?
Use a magnet fishing kit, the jagwire one worked well.
Fishing these is a huge nightmare in my experience
Try starting with some braid fishing line. Make a messy knot, stuff it in the hole by the dropout. Use a vacuum at the fork. Once you have that through, use an FG knot to tie the fishing line to the electric wire and then pull it through.
Dental floss and a vacuum.
I use very thin welding-wire. Tape the cable to one piece and bend it sligthly in the form of the tube, then form a tiny hook with another piece to catch it at the end. Paired with a little patience, this works like a charm.
What’s your plan once you get to the headset?
Looks like a project, end result hidden wires generator hub, light?
Possible yes difficult also yes
