Changed my headset for 1st time ever and was thinking that the gap at the bottom was quite large [hadn’t tried to install new crown race at this point]. Thought the crown race looked funny and it came off really easily, basically pulled it off with my thumbnail. Is this another crown race underneath it?

Very weird, must be a factory mistake! Bikes at Decathlon get delivered pre assembled

I’m not convinced that’s a 2nd race. Whatever is on the fork has an incorrect contour.
