Another strong week of training this week. Some 2k tempo reps, 40 minutes Fartlek with the Massey Massive, and had the pleasure of meeting @MrAirborne as he and the team finish their incredible challenge cycling from Paris to Birmingham on cycle karts for Birmingham Childrens Hospital.

Good run 😊 well done, I miss running but have developed problems with my feet and am unable to run or walk far anymore unfortunately.
