Can’t really tell from a photo (though it doesn’t look so bad). But I would say 2 things
– adjust your limit screws on the front mech to avoid chain drop
– get a good chain catcher like the k-edge pro to be extra sure

It’s a really fortified area of the bike however check if it’s still solid.
I had a bad chain drop and had to get the carbon repaired in that spot. Easier to fix a small spot of carbon then a much larger job.

The carbon under the chainsuck plate look’s cracked. Take it to a LBS before riding again!!

I had almost identical damage as yours, like the other says BB are the most reinforced area on the bike and carbon are pretty strong, most scratches are not enough to crack your carbon, you would be worried if it’s a blunt impact on your carbon
