I returned the bike and they sent me this picture saying the bike was damaged in transport and they told me they will deduct 150euro from the refund because of the damage, the damage is done to the decorative sticker not the frame or paint

No. You are responsible for packaging the bike in a way that this can’t happen. The way this damage seems to have happened – break lever was able to scratch the frame – suggests you did not package the bike correctly so it is well within the rights of the seller to not fully refund your purchase.
If 150 Euro is the correct amount I can’t say because I don’t know if it would be feasible to replace the sticker. Or if its only the sticker and not also the frame.
So what’s that very visible damage to the paint in the center of the tube?
(and while 150€ penalty for a mere scratch may seem steep for you as the owner, in retail customers won’t buy lightly damaged goods unless they’re significantly discounted. So that’s what the store is basing their penalty on. Plus the additional work they need to do to handle this situation.)
What about the other clearly visible scratch?
I don’t get your blue circle. The damage is clearly in the paint of the frame? Nonetheless these packkages must have insurance.
If it really is only the sticker that’s damaged 150 is not reasonable imho. I’d just tell them and if they refuse to be reasonable go through with PayPal/credit card company or your Rechtsschutzversicherung
Thats the main reason why I dont buy bicycle online. These 400 Euro ebikes you see in Amazon cost 160 shipping and if you return them they deduct 70 Euro for return cost + a bit more for every scratch. Its a shame I wanted to try one and buy multiple.
Wasn‘t the scratch the reason for the return?
