It doesn’t have brakes and for a fixed gear, I would say that’s not a beginner gear ratio. I don’t think that’s a good idea for a first bicycle.

It doesn’t have brakes. It doesn’t have gears. It’s a terrible bicycle that has zero purpose outside of velodrome.
Even if it looks cool, you’ll ride it twice and decide it isn’t for you, and then it will “look cool” tucked away in your attic
