got hit by a car, causing this scratch on my carbon bike. I doubt it had affected the carbon fibre integrity since it feels only surface level (aka damaged the clear coat). Is there anything I can do to repair the scratches? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If that’s just the clear coat or gelcoat then use cutting compound or 1200 grit & water to clean it up, then a coat of clear 2pack, fair that in with 1200grit & water, then polish it up & you won’t even notice it was ever there.
Don’t rely on a carbon bike which was involved in a crash or an accident.
If you did ever encounter a fork breaking while riding your bike you know why I wouldn‘t ride that bike anymore.
You alone know what impact the frame has gone though or whether this is purely a cosmetic issue.
That‘s why I prefer Al bikes. If the frame has an issue, it‘s visible to the eye. Weight and comfort differences are so minimal they don‘t count at least for me.
