Mostly true, only a couple spokes needed tightening. Next day delivery from Amazon. Reasonably lightweight and roll very smooth…15-20 mph almost the whole 50 mile ride and they even respond to crosswinds well. Very impressed by this wheelset when it’s coming harder to find good wheels on a budget for rim brakes.
