Definitely needs an adjustment and lubing, I don’t see a drop of lube anywhere. Get yourself some chain lube and try shifting after everything is lubed up.
It’s like the tin man in the woods…. It needs oil
You might need to replace the derailleur cable as well as lubricating the chain and derailleur.
Like.. the whole winter?
I would start by oiling your chain first. 🫤
