As title says, I changed the tube in my rear tire and put the wheel back on, and now the derailleur is completely out of wack. The small cog is resting on the freewheel and the chain is rubbing against the chain cage as seen in the second pic. I did remove the wheels and transport the bike earlier today so it’s possible I bent the derailleur. Looking for any advice on how to fix this.

Can you try putting the wheel back on but onto the smallest gear? Maybe the derailleur will relax. I always put mine back into the smallest gear otherwise it gets weird on me. ( Just did it last week) Or did you make sure the wheel went back properly into the dropouts?
