If it’s 8 years old or older, no. The components are outdated and if something breaks you will have to upgrade. That will probably cost more than you spent on the bike. New cassettes are nice but the derailleurs are not. What if a derailleur fails?

Quality bike, it’s a Trek Madone from around 2010, but at this point it’s just very dated, 10 Ultegra, basic Fulcrum wheels and loud paint job. IDK the prices in your country, but maybe €500-600
