Easiest fix would be buying new, not worth trying to fix IMO

I agree with buying a new derailleur, but you should really keep the old one.
Pulleys, bolts, etc will save a buddies day.
I guarantee it.

Try to find a deal on the SLX and save the old one for spare bits, as others have indicated. SLX cassette should be on the list when you are ready to replace it. Heck of a lighter part for not much more.
