Hello there I am interested in this bike. It’s a new c line. I’m getting it for 1500. Is this a good deal? Anything I should be concerned about?
Everything seems good with this just wanted to verify with the group. I blurred out their name in one pic. Also with the red circle what is that? Is this the mount I need for a bag? I should note through this dealer I am getting an and Burrough bag. The accessories are extra.

The red circled thing catches the handlebars when you fold it, keeps them flush to your wheel.
There is no serial tag. Red flag.
Looks like the clip/mount for the bag is missing. Just make sure if you’re getting the bag that the missing part on the bike is getting fitted too.
Otherwise low bar conversions also benefit (a job I’ll do down the line) with shortened cables, which looks like it’s done.
Also check if the riding position works for you with a low bar, with some stems the low bar get ridiculously low. Converting back to stock will require new cabling if it’s been shortened.
This doesn’t look like a new C line, and as another user pointed out, it looks like it’s a 2008 model with the frame repainted.
You said you’re buying it for 1500, what currency? I wouldn’t personally buy a second hand bike, with non original part, for £1500 which is basically the price of a new one. And even if it’s a few hundreds cheaper in your currency, I would prefer adding those 100s to have a new bike with original parts.

And the tires look very worn out, but otherwise I don’t see anything wrong?
