Of course! Will you soon be able to compete in the Tour de France? No, but will you be able to enjoy a long and (hopefully) pleasant pension thanks to your good health? Sure!

Strong effort! Congratulations! Your average heart rate is on the higher side. If you ride regularly it is no problem, if you just started I would suggest to train with less effort to build a solid base.

You must be a genetic freak as your max heart rate exceeds most 50 year old males

I tend to loook at avg(power) more than heart rate and max(power). I’m 65+ and do 20m w 150-175 avg power, avg heart rate 135-145.

Is it good for you, yes! Is it good compared to peak 65 year old cyclists? No not really. Ho-hum at best.

Depends. How long has the 65 year old been cycling ? If he’s just starting- amazing.

And 3ft elevation gain over 20miles!
That’s pretty flat.
Are you riding the Bonneville Salt Flats?

I think you know it is…there are plenty of people half your age that probably couldnt ride at that pace

I mean yes of course but unless I’m missing something we can’t see the average watts and that’s a critical indicator.

Better than me I’m 64. Question, did you climb on the pool table before you started your ride? 😸. I’ve never seen such a flat ride.

This year 21% of the racers in the 2600 mile Tour Divide race were in the 60-69 age bracket.

As a just shy of 65yo that is good, keep out there feeling young

Did you have fun?
If so, then it’s good.
