Been thinking about upgrading, what do you guys think I should go for?
So far I got a new chain, some lights, and a new seat. Pretty standard stuff I'd think. Thinking about maybe a nice new crankset but it's all just really overwhelming trying to find a good one.

depending on budget, hubs / wheels
Phil Wood Bearings, remove a link in your chain, PinHead Bolts on your front axle
If you gotta ask a open question upgrades you probably don’t need em 👌be contempt and happy with what you have, makes life a hell of a lot nicer that way.
Comfort before performance. As long as your contact points (saddle, pedals, bars) feel nice, definitely do cranks and wheels next. Plenty of decent cranksets in the $180-$300 range that will feel a lot stiffer than those stock cranks. Miche Pistard, Sugino Messenger, Essor Aerodash etc.
You can get Archetypes laced to Formula hubs for around $300 on Velomine as well.
You can start by getting a real frame.
Ride it until something breaks.
As others have said points of contact are major. If you’re happy with your bars, saddle and pedals then you should just happily ride your bike.
If you’re looking to upgrade your crankset, buy higher quality used over lesser quality new. Omniums, sugino 75’s, DA 7600/7710, miche, rotor etc.
A sweet front rack like Soma Porteur Deluxe. Plenty of room for a flapjack and a cigarette, cigar and a waffle, pipe and a crepe, whatever pleases you
