I’ve just received the new Endurace CF SLX and while assembling, I noticed that the part of the fork rubs onto the steerer tube when steering (video with audio: [https://imgur.com/a/tweltSV](https://imgur.com/a/tweltSV)).
I have tried to tighten or loosen the headset, and the rub is still there even with an headset that is so loose that is knocking. I am not completely sure but it seems to be this metal part on the fork that rubs onto the lower part of the steerer tube:

Has anyone else experienced something like this?
