The other comment is correct about the date. I believe this TCR comes with a seat mast. This integrates the seat post and seat tube into one piece of carbon fiber. This is a little lighter and stiffer. The downside is that the only way to adjust the seat is to cut it to a specific length. This means that the seat can only be lowered.
