I assume it’s a b75 because it has stickers on it stating such and owner also stated this.
The gear shifter only has one lever and only has 2 speed I know this isn’t normal but was wondering is either the shifter broken or is it completely been converted to a 2 speed. I will send proper pictures in the morning so I can show you better.

Is the shifter on the right side of the handlebar? Does it have 2 clicks? 1st *click 2nd *click 3rd gear.
The gear cable might be loose, so even when you operate 3 gears on the shifter, you might only feel a difference between 2 gears.
