Maybe someone can solve my “mystery”.
I was on a French market (a little field) yesterday, and saw this heavy steel Peugeot bike. I bought it for a very low price and want to “restore” it myself. Just for my own fun, to learn from it.
The parts seem to be original, but the strange thing is the little “valve”. A piece is missing there. I looked in old Peugeot documentation and can’t find a bike with a “valve”. Except on an old completely different Peugeot midi bike.
I can’t find a serial number. Seller told me it stood in a barn and is from somewhere between 1970-1980. The used parts on the bike match that age when I look in old Peugeot documentation.
Can someone tell me what I bought?
