Hi guys,
I have one more question:
My new bike was delivered yesterday with one bend seatstay and the rear wheel seems to be crooked.
Is this how the seatstay should be or is it an error from the manufacturer?
I'll be happy to hear your opinions.

It is probably fine as your bike should be assymetrical, otherwise the two wheels would not be aligned.
Check the bottle cage bolts/mounts on the seat tube: are they in the exact middle?
On my grizl it isnt like this- both parts are curved
I have just checked my 7AL (Frame R074). Both seatstays are ever so slightly bent inwards towards the wheel, both equally and both evenly. The same concaveness that can be seen in your picture below the suspicious bend.
I have no such bend though. This does not look normal or intended. Definitely contact Canyon.
What’s asymmetrical (which is visible in my picture) is the seat tube to make room for the front derailleur.

We used to check frame alignment by string line. https://xjbikes.com/forums/threads/how-to-check-a-bare-frame-for-straightness.129120/#:~:text=String%20(or%20chalk)%20and%20a,bend%2C%20and%2For%20measure.
What matters is if the wheel is aligned with the bike. I had to send back an endurance Al 7 because the back wheel was not aligned. Hard to tell from the pictures.
