The boys are back – and this time we upped the ante.
The challenge – to ride their trusty Bromptons the 260miles from London to Paris, arriving in time for the 2024 Olympic Games.

Yeah Bromptons are geared for the flat so I put a 38t chainring on, though in hindsight a 39t would fit the spider slightly better. I’ve also started ditching the mudguards if i’m not going to be riding in rain on tarmac because mud is an issue, and it needs a spanner that the Brompton toolkit doesn’t have to remove them so you can get caught out
