They have a long reach around the rear wheel and come with a short fender flap. In your case, I would replace the stock fender flap with a longer one.
I live in the PNW, ride year round, and the people I ride with all hang fender flaps that near reach the ground in the rainy months.
Is that a triban?
Also, is that trailer good enough? Want one for my dog.
