The Litespeed 1000%.
Litespeed is a very storied brand and have been building bike frames in Chattanooga for about 40 years. In my opinion, one of the great American frame builders. Very cool bikes. I’d love to own a Litespeed some day.
If you want a road bike, this thing is dope. Looks to be in great condition (I found the listing), that 105 group will be very serviceable and should last a long time. If anything does break, it will be cheap to find replacement parts.
Yeah, this is a cool find. A very unique bike, you don’t see too many Litespeeds on the road, it will ride awesome. I’d go ahead and pull the trigger on this. It will be great. Someone has obviously really cared about it for a long time.
The other bike is just a crappy hybrid bike. If you want a road bike, this will be great, and other cyclists will admire it.
It’s the litespeed or the cervelo… just let your bank account choose for you. 105 is all you’ll ever need unless you start racing. The cervelo has top of the line dura ace components and is probably a signficantly better deal for roughly double the money. I’d personally go with the Cervelo despite a general allergy to “racey” “prestige” bikes just because I like the color way so much.
