What does this 20” measurement mean when it says the wheels are 26”. It says that the rider size is from 5’11” to 6’2”.
Every time I look up 20” bike it gives me wheel size.

Would usually be related to the top tube length, but 20″ is 51cm which wouldn’t generally be a “Large”, but it varies depending on the frame geometry.
Sawdust is a poor lubricant and your chain might benefit from something slipperier.
Seat-tube length. It’s the line from the middle of the crank (the rusty bit in the photo) to the top of the bike frame (NOT including the saddle and the and “seat post” that the saddle is on that slides up and down). It’s the most important factor in bike size based on your it height, but certainly not the only one. But it gets you in the ballpark.
Just search “bike size calculator” or “bike size chart” and they’ll explain.
It’s the frame size (i.e. – 20″ frame). Typically measured center of the bottom bracket to center of top tube (or top of top tube) along the seat tube. How manufacturers measures varies.
Something different to every manufacturer susceptible to variance by production year.
