  1. Nice shot! Such a cool city to ride in this time of year. The Lake Front path really is awesome for casual/scenic riding. I love about 30 miles south in Northwest Indiana and ride up as often as I can. Almost all on trail or bike lanes from Crown Point, IN or Chesterton, IN to the Northside.

    Chicago’s lakefront bike path is supremely underrated.

    It’s extremely well-lit — and, at least when I lived there, PLOWED and salted — so you can even ride in the winter, if you have the cold weather gear.
