It’s a long shot for my guess but just because of the color scheme, it’s automatically a Miyata to me lol. It seems that’s a 58cm 610 73 deg x 73 deg angle on those lugs. If that paint is still original and in good shape, then it may well be. They’re known for treating frames with zinc phosphide for paint adhesion, then baking painted frames for long periods. Congrats, it looks neat and fast. I hope you enjoy it well.

It looks vaguely Italian from here, but hard to say from this photo. Best guess at dating it, based on the frame construction and features, is late 80’s.

I had a Principia that looked similar to this, minus the downtube friction shifters.
This is definitely not an educated guess on the actual manufacturer of this bike though.

Try looking at a Miyata “Three Twelve” (late ’80’s). Mine looks just like this one, except the stem is SR quill. A real ‘GO’ machine, light for steel!
