SRAM capability double check.

I am cleaning out the parts bin and was hoping someone could double check this before I sell it (I don’t want to sell something with incorrect information.) These SRAM s700 (originally a 2×10 with a GX exact actuation derailleur) should work with this APEX 1 long cage with exact actuation? It is technically a 11 speed but sites say it also works as a ten speed. Basically I want to sell this saying they can use this setup to create a 1X10 setup with a max rear size of 42t. Does that information check out? Thanks.
