Got this mint 1989 Raleigh Pro Track. Build seems original. Full Suntour Superbe Pro, even has a frame decal. My intentions are to sell. Would it be worth more while or parted out?

Depends on how much u acquired it for, I’d prob sell it as a whole tbh, someone wants it
Splitting up a period correct bike, which even has decals showing what groupset should be on it, is wild.
Sell it together, superbe pro stuff is only going to sell to certain vintage people, because the majority will run either DA or Sugino because they’re available.
Whole bike will have more value/desire in the vintage market.
Regardless of what makes you more money, parting it out would be a massive bummer
