Spotted this ad on Marketplace and I'm drawn by the 105 groupset, carbon frame and disc brakes, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there about recent Masi bikes except one really positive article on bicycling.com about this model from 2016. Anyone have experience or know anything about them? Does this seem like a fair price if it fits? 99spokes gives it a 4.7 on spec level, which isn't bad for this budget range.

I have a Masi from 2015. They are a once proud Italian cycling company that was bought out by a Chinese company for the name. The put decent components on a Chinese carbon frame. This has happened to a bunch of former cycling companies, Schwinn is another. With all that said, I loved my cheap Masi and rode the shit out of it and never experienced any problems. For price, I’m unsure because my purchase was so long ago, but I paid $1200 for my Masi.
