looks like a fine bike especially for $150, if it fits your height and isn’t dented or cracked too bad then i’d say shoot for it
not much to be upgraded, not super cost efficient to upgrade an old entry level opposed to buying a used bike from the more recent years, but if you wanted to i’d say get some spd-sl pedals and a nice saddle

For 150$ I would say worth it.
keep it as is and ride it a lot. Maybe change the pedals out and saddle if you need to, re-tape the bars and keep it tuned.
It looks like the spokes in the front aren’t quite right, but it could just be the angle?

Ignoring price for a moment – does it fit you? Is the frame a good size? Is the gearing appropriate for where you want to ride? Is it in good shape? Is the cassette warn? You should budget a new chain, cables, pull the headset and crank/bb and clean/lube/replace as needed. Tires if they’re old and cracked. You may end up with $150 more in just maintenance.
That’s a nice spec’d bike – it’s old – but 105/ultegra is higher end. Moving to vintage dura-ace isn’t going to buy you much.
$150 is a great price for a modern-ish 2×10 speed. Better than a $1k bike store bottom end road bike. Older components that are cheap to replace. If you like it and you’d ride it, get it.
My only reservation would be those wheels; I’m not going to look up their weight limit, but if your over 180-200lb I’d make sure they can hold you.
