Changed Brake Pads for the first time. Does it look right??

Yeah – just make sure the brakes aren’t rubbing the tyre when squeezed in, hard to tell in the video, but looks ok. Do you have a concern?.

You could maybe bring the callipers in closer, so you are not having to squeeze the breaks as much before the brake bites.

Close the quick release on your calipers and then do final adjustments.
