Where do I find a serial number? Or the age or value of the bike ?

Based on the frame design and graphics I would guess this was a later model from the early 1980s. Might be an Asian import, not really any value to a collector, just value for someone who wants a basic vintage bike for commuting or boardwalk cruising. I would guess $50
Today Columbia is better known as the manufacturer of school chairs.
It actually worth LESS than that because there’s huge damage to the top tube. It’s been impacted HARD where the bend is. Hard enough to affect the geometry of the entire bike. The bottom bracket is hanging lower and the fork has more rake.
