Hello, I just received my new Ultimate CF SL 7 with the mechanical Shimano 105 groupset. It includes the DT Swiss Performance LN rims.
It seems that there's something slightly off with the rear wheel. I can hear that the rear wheel has an uneven sound to the freehub and a bit of wiggle when I have the bike on a bike stand and pedal while the rear wheel being in the air. I haven't really yet looked into is it the wheel doing the wobble/wiggle, or the rim. I'm thinking that there might be a slight misalignment to the radial alignment of the rim.
When I assembled the bike, I also took the effort to remove the so called "dork disc" behind the rear casette, and maybe this might have affected to the spoke tension slightly.
My question is: does anyone know which nipple wrench is the right one for this rim/spoke combination? I own some old "multi-size-nipple wrench" but it's for larger sizes (something like 9-10-11-12…). I'm looking at the Park tool SW-0 nipple wrench? Would this be the correct tool?
I would guess that owning the right tool would be beneficial in the long run for light tuning, truing a wheel costs about 25-30€ per wheel at my region.
In addition, pic of the new bike after assembly.
