Almost anything is worth $250. I rode for 10 years on a much upgraded trek I bought for $300 about 20 years ago. Is it in good condition and does it fit you? If both answers are yes, go for it

By the looks of it, yes it’s worth $250. Of course looks can be deceiving but if the group set on that bike is at least of mid range quality it’s a very good deal. It’s an old bike but well cared after bikes don’t really grow old.

The bike size is 53cm, I’m 5’3”, would a specialized dolce 48cm be a better fit?
