If it’s in perfect condition, it’s an entry level road bike that is mostly compatible with modern standards. In my market (big city, France) that would be between 200 and 300, maybe up to 350€ if the components are really good.
So is it worth 330€ ? Depends on the spec, on its condition, on the local market… You can always negotiate, there’s nothing wrong with that, just like there’s nothing wrong for the seller to fish for buyers at a potentially a little high if a price.
