I have the same exact bike. It fell off my rack while I was driving and the front wheel got bent so I have one polished and one black rn. I will get a black one to replace the bent one and go back to all black.

I have that exact same Fabric Scoop saddle. I think either look works. It’s always tough when you mix and match polished or black components, but I think that frameset allows an exception. Hey by the way, I’m selling a 4130 State All Road gravel bike and a Pake C’Mute single speed if you’re interested. I’m also in Bako. I commented on your stolen Wabi post. If you’re interested, you can DM me. I also have a bunch of stems and handlebars (3 of which are 31.8 mustache bars in black) I’m trying to sell.

My vote is black! I also have a Fabric Scoop; I love it. I just wish they made one with a pressure relief channel.
