The bottom one (red) is the old brake hose. I got a new frame and thought I could put a new hose in (the old one I cut too tight).
So I need to downgrade the tips? The top is one from a brand new hydraulic road shifter .

The screw inlay looks a bit different – so do I better switch tips?
Red one is srams stealthamajig. Silver one is a generic barb and olive.
Don’t know if they are compatible, but a SRAM one is pretty easy to install.
