I feel sorry for all these people who just go to the gym because I was one of them. Fucking summer and you're sitting indoors in a building with no windows lifting heavy things hoping somebody gives a shit about your slightly bigger body parts than the average person.. get a fucking bike you melts!
Yes, cycling is amazing. Bought my first road bike in january because i just hate driving my car. Loving it more and more. I wish i got the bike way way earlier.
Well, yeeeeessss….IF you don't do many miles cause if you do bikes break down like shit all the time and parts are expensive as hell. My Kawasaki's ZX12R pads cost the same as adura ace does…(a pair) Aaaaand IF you live where you dont have to stop every 2 minutes for traffic lights within the first 20kms(unless you're a pro,so time is not a thing).
Plus one way or another you'll brake your rims and frame within the first one or two years. Unless you dont race and again do notdo many miles…
I was a mtbr for years and I distinctly remember making fun of a friend who bought a road bike… well a decade later and I haven't even touched the mtb in years and I'm loving the road bike..

Unfortunately I spent 38 years of my life thinking it was for gimps and now can't get enough of it
Good job getting out there man! Glad I’m not the only one with those crazy heart rates haha
Just saying try mountain biking you’ll never have felt more alive
Now THIS is what cycling influencing should look like. You big melt.
You don't have to wear Lycra if you buy a mountain bike. And you get to do all the other cool shit.
You’re a gimp now lad, congratulations 🎉
Sorry wife and kids. I’m off for a quick 100km lollllz
Go rock climbing instead
I love my bike so much but I will never dress up and wear a lil costume haha
Live and breath cycling. Come to the states, let's ride around America together. Set a record or something.
Same here. Took it up on my mid 30s, should put down the rugby ball a lot sooner! 😂
Yea cycling is amazing but not on roads you drive on, get a mountain bike and see the world from a different perspective not from the road!!
Only regret I have about my road bike is that I didn't get one much sooner
