I bought a used bike last year which has been great. I took off the back tyre for the first time since and deflated it as practice for when I get a flat. And I saw the inner tube is part of the tyre!?!? I’d never seen this before! Is this common? Does this type of tyre have a name? All I can find on google is regular vs tubeless.

Wondering what I do if I get a flat in the wild. It seems like I couldn’t replace the inner tube and ride on?

I bet it just glued itself to that tyre
While tubular tires do exist, where the tube is a part of the tire (or sewn into it) and the tire is then glued to the rim, that is not it. It just looks like a butyl tube which has melded itself to a clincher tire.
Tube and tire are not one. You can pull on the tube and separate it from the tire.
