Long story short. Received my new Canyon AEROAD a few weeks ago. Found the stem is a bit too short. Called Canyon customer service and check if I can buy a longer one. Instead of sell me, they offered me a free swap and installation. The only thing I need to do is to bring my bike to its local bike shop partner.
The bike shop service was perfect and all these only took about a week.
My AEROAD is old model using CP0018 cockpit. They have those non-logo version cockpit which looks much better!
